Dead Island wtf?? Halp me??

Well, I've seen Dead Island on sale many times already this holidays. But what caught my attention is that it's the GOTY version with all included DLCs.
I got the base game last Summer Sales, am I able to get all DLCs without having to buy the GOTY version?
