Check the middle of the won page too !. Sth similar happened to me when i won a reroll'ed GA from a few months ago . My focus was on top of the won page and was confused where's the GA but then after a few minutes i found out the won game is in middle of the page

Your win was cancelled due to some reason that support agreed to. Meaning that the giveaway creator logged a support ticket at some point and made them remove it. It happened to me once as well. Unless you can remember who the host was and they are willing to give you an explanation, you won't ever know what happened because support will not be able to share any details with you (in order to prevent abuse of the system).
