I have thought about doing a couple of steamgifts a month for people who I think deserve it, because their ratio is very good, because they also think about people who are starting out and do public steamgifts or simply because they are nice in my steamgifts. I'm still 7 months in and I'm just starting out, but I like giving as much as receiving gifts, that's why I appreciate this community.
You can say hello, or just apply, I will try to make my white list have around 300 people so that you all have more opportunities in those special draws.
You don't need anything specific beyond what has been said, just not to be a bot or an exploitative person.
