Question about giveaway

Hi all!
I have a Humble Bundle Weekly Sale: Bastion gift URL to giveaway. Can I create this as a giveaway?
Can't seem to find anything about it in the FAQS and am quite confused on how I should go around doing this.

WEEEEELLLLLL is it a url to the DRM-Free only? As in, is the Steam Key used or un-used?

Well I currently have an email with the gift URL that links to the Humble Bundle page where you can put in your email to redeem the game

Only if the URL has steam redeemable key. You can't giveaway the DRM free one.

It has both I think. Bought one for myself too and it came with a steam key.
