Nice ggdeals referral link, check the site rules. It was changed by steamgifts to "?partner=ggdeals&refc=WNzzMd" (refc being the referral code for SG, I guess) but what I see on the page's header is "Thank you for supporting GG.deals. Learn more about Humble Partners" so It seems it's overriding SG's partner identifier.

More likely to come from Indiegala Feudalie Challenge but the dupe rate is extremely high for this game there. If you check the Archive here there are lots of deleted giveaways and the ones that stayed up quite often had the key replaced because of the first being a dupe.

Well, your guess is as good as mine, then. Maybe there's a resale site that only just posted the games up? That'd explain the quantities being listed, as well. I would assume it's the same person or (online)friend circle that waited if the games get set to reduced and seen now it don't happened till now. But haven't checked them to be sure about that.
After different checks i see the common countries, the common friends that are known as multiaccounters/curation key sellers etc..
And a part of the "Hoarders" win from the other ones when the group GA's have only 2.

Some of these people have been doing it for a year +. I'm doubtful your reports will go anywhere.
Also if you want to game the system here it's stupid to wait with the giveaways. In the case of lesser known sources the mods sometimes set the bundle date totally arbitrary. The faster you do the giveaway the higher the chance you'll get to keep full CV. For example there are high lvl users who got most of their CV from Russian keyshop keys for which the bundle date was set wrongly by the mods.

Because of obvious reasons i don't see/find all that do it and their automatic checks don't filter all i don't go more into details because it would help people with bad intentions, so sometimes people do it for a long(er) time before they get catched.
I know that they catched hundreds of bots because of my reports.
I know from around 200 but of course they don't tell me if they find more as the ones that i found from the involved accounts.
So i know, for sure, that they do something :o)
Of course they don't catch all but i reported someone with over 70 accounts and now that person have "only" 3... it's a big difference^^

I reported a few games in May, but my tickets are still pending. With such a slow response time it feels quite futile. By the time it's corrected the damage is long since done.
And it's also a systematic problem. Straight to keyshop titles should be on the bundle list starting with their Steam release date. There's no reason why mods set the bundle date for such titles weeks later even when dozens of earlier giveaways provide clear proof.

I know that problem very well but to be fair, they handled a lot of my user report tickets in the last weeks, so a part really work on the tickets.
And i know that the add game tickets get soon, again, much more attention as the last 2-3 months.
I see the problem that the ru keystore games should be listed automatic, that the staff and the ones that report that games don't have so much to do with that.
Something should be programmed that read the infos from a tracker, that i listed them.
But in the end is that CG's job and the staff can't do more as to forward him the needed infos and hope that he do the programming stuff that don't happened in the last year....

The thing is, in my experience, it´s hard to tell whether support acted on a ticket or not.
I rarely submit tickets, but on the occasions I did, I never got any response.
Still a couple of accounts I have reported that had blatantly posted the same GA even with a copypasta description all got banned. Now, if that happened due to my report or for other reasons, I don´t know. I just closed the ticket myself..
So now whenever I submit a report I check on it after a couple of weeks, mostly closing it then, and just assume it had been received.
