Got a message I won a GA that ended 3 weeks ago

Hello,

Just got a message (Pop-up on the site, not e-mail) that I won this GA: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/Wt3ZC/mini-thief which has ended 3 weeks ago.
Kinda looks like a bug or some kind of mistake?
Steam says the key is used, but I don't want to click it not received without being sure what is happening.

Has such thing happend to anyone in the past?

If the GA creator asked for a re-roll and support approved - then you can be selected as winner after it ended. If key i invalid - try to contact GA creator.
I had to ask for a re-roll twice for one of my giveaways - so real winner was selected about 2 weeks after ga originally ended.

Chances are the game got rerolled and you are the new winner, if the key doesn't work I would suggest contact the creator in the giveaway so they know and you guys can think of a solution
