Thats weird. I have this key from Humble Origin Bundle which I bought 08/2013. I have two assumptions:
1) Origin destroyed the keys... which is very very wrong. I'm not sure, but Origin has no trust in my heart.
2) Somebody already used this key just 1 minute before you, and the Origin just don't have a proper error message that the key is already activated.
Anyway, I'm sorry you didn't received it. The fairy of SG must give you some gift for that! I believe!
