I was just introduced to Gyazo and am amazed at how easy it is to use.
It automatically uploads your images, but I don't know anything about the storage service.

I use hyperdesktop, I'm not sure if it has support for the entire screen (without dragging your selection box to cover the entire screen) but I use it for capturing parts of the screen and it automatically uploads to imgur and a windows notification pops up near your task bar which you click and it brings up the imgur page in your default browser (credits go to Lina for turning me onto this)
edit: you can take full screenshots, as well as window only screenshots

What exactly is the problem of registering for puush? It's not like you have to do it every time before uploading something
They don't send you spam, newsletters or anything like that
It is literally once in a lifetime chore which takes less than a minute. And then you die

I personally made my own and It works very well. Take shot, edit, upload - url in clipboard, all image links remembered and deletion links stored. You can also upload directly... Just print screen and its on imgur with the link in your clipboard.

Currently I'm using FastStone Capture which is awesome, but I need something that also uploads it automatically to an free online storage service.

Winners: ShareX / Greenshot
Both ticks all my ticks (?) - anonymous uploads, portable, screenshot editor, actively developed, maaaany services available (Imgur, Picasa, Box, etc.) and also, plugins in case they were needed.
Also, it lets you select dynamically what you want to do with your screenshots, and also let's you "combo" them:
Example:
Runner up: Hyperdesktop / Lightshot
Hyperdesktop is very good too, but it's very old and I fear that the time where Imgur dies - because, remember ImageShack? Good - it won't be usable anymore. You can also use other services than Imgur, but it's the same, sites might die eventually.
I don't like that Lightshot isn't portable nor lets me select where I install it. But, it works. Also, I don't like that you don't get a link to a single image, instead you get a link to their site.
Puu.sh wanted me to register before uploading a screenshot. Just no.
Thanks to everyone for their fantastic suggestions.
