Stop Gifting Individual Games from Bundles: Solution

If this is possible it would be the best solution to this problem that I have seen so far. To give games on Steam Gifts one would have to make their gift inventory Public. When making a give away only items in your gift inventory can be given away.

Is this possible with the coding the site has now? Or is there a downside to this that I haven't thought of?

What do you folks think about this solution?
