So, what I got out of this is, OP's giveaways were won by

Someone already owning the game (probably didn't sync)
Some with a private profile

And OP posted pictures of something related to this case, as well as their Steam profiles (which isn't allowed) and also ranted about people not reading requirements and FAQs.
