It is a third-person sidescroller and it is great.

But unless you have one of those coupons wait until the Winter Sale to buy it (and buy the second one, both great)

It's a nice platformer with many physics puzzles and it has local coop

They're fucking amazing, true art in the form of a video game. I think its a must buy and must play. I don't recommend waiting for the winter sale, it will probably be the same discount. If I were you, I would buy the Trine Collection that includes the new DLC, you would be silly not to.

It's absolutely great. Easily worth the regular price, and a steal at the current sales price.

It really depends on what you are expecting from a side scroller. A point to note that, vfx isn't everything.

It's great imo. Was skeptical when i first bought it but the number of ways you can solve a puzzle is cool.

First one is good, second one is exceptional. I haven't played the DLC yet, but the $8.74 package for both games and the DLC looks like a really nice deal if you don't own any of them.

I'm only halfway through the second one, they both play and look great, as of now I still like the first better, but I expect the second one still to amaze me. You should really get the complete pack, since the new Addon if it's at least as good as the base game is absolutely worth every penny.

Puzzle-sidescroller with a (so far, generic)story and a dash (generic) humour and some combat. Recently won them, so just started myself. Will definitely finish them when I find the time :)

Very good. It's a 2D platformer where you can switch instantly between 3 characters. There's a thief who has a bow and grappling hook for playing spiderman, a wizard who can conjure objects out of thin air and levitate things, and a knight who has a sword, shield and hammer. They all play very differently from one another. The artwork and graphics are excellent, and I found the gameplay very fun, especially since you can constantly shift your style so you never get bored. The game mostly involves physics-based problem-solving.

I prefer the first one over the second. But they're both pretty amazing.
