[Trine Giveaway]Is Trine any good?

I haven't tried it yet, although I did purchase it a couple hours ago. I think it's worth mentioning that the Frozenbyte Collection is $9.99 until the 10th, and comes with Trine 1+2 as well as both Shadowgrounds games. If you're interested in the latter, it's a great deal. :)

I'd finished it a couple of years ago, and rebought it on Steam during the recent sale. It was still fun playing through it. Get it on sale and you can't lose.

you're asking a silly question. this game is AAA (Trine 2 that is)

Trine is awesome. Its a side scrolling puzzler with tons of solutions to a given situation, and also has a fair dose of combat. Great graphics. Stop reading. Buy trine & trine2. play.

I bought both 1 and 2 during the Steam Summer Sale and have not played any one of them yet, sadly. :(They looked good so I bought them.

If they were $50 retail games from AAA developers the usual review sites would be fighting over who would be the quickest to throw out the usual 9-10/10 review and debating whether it's game of the year or not.
They both look and play spectacularly.

It's a lot of fun. Good puzzles and visually a lot of fun. 2 is great for coop.

I've only played Trine 2, and it's pretty fun, especially with co-op. Too bad 1 doesnt have co-op, but it's still probably as much fun as 2 is.

I bought myself Trine 2 the second it went on the Weekend Deal. I finished the first one almost 3 times already. I love it. I can't wait to start the second one. Get them both if you can, they're 200% worth it. The expansion Goblin Menace for Trine 2 as well, if you can afford it. Too bad I couldn't.

The Trine series is great you cant go wrong with it. Its an amazing game with beautiful graphics. I still prefer 1 over 2 though ima about to get the new dlc for trine 2
