paid 9.15, works great (slovakia) but it takes some time until it pop up to install in xbox app.

It's a great deal, but if you're interested in modding, keep in mind that the Microsoft store/Gamepass lacks F4SE/SKSE support - thus it's incompatible with many popular mods like MCM/SkyUI (or any mods that requires it).

This may or may not change in the future, but their current statement is pretty clear:
-F4SE cannot support any potential Windows Store release of Fallout 4. Windows Store applications are locked down similarly to consoles and do not allow the APIs necessary for script extenders to work.
-SKSE cannot support any potential Windows Store release of Skyrim. Windows Store applications are locked down similarly to consoles and do not allow the APIs necessary for script extenders to work.

I tried to use hungarian vpn and all is the same.

So, I use card with the Hungarian region. Maybe they're closing the bug?

Does not work with my card. Oh well. I might be the only person in existence who has never played Skyrim because by the time I got to it, it was already too old to buy for full price.
