I still remember your kind words when I opened a thread about me being too shy to talk my feeling to a girl.
We all know you are a huge part in the SG community, not just the most unlucky one but also a kind person.
so get well soon and I truly mean that. We're lucky to have you. (I failed to put both Lucky and Unlucky in one sentence :()

From time to time, everyone has an "off" day. Life is often filled with complications we'd rather do without, and people often focus on what isn't going right for them. Today has been one of those days for me. I suppose the fact that I'm ill and physically tired (partly from being ill, I expect) is not helpful when it comes to "keeping my chin up," but life experience reminds me that this is a good time to focus on the positives in my life. Since I discovered SteamGifts ten months ago (although it seems much longer than that), I've had many positive experiences. Sure, I could simply sit and think about them to myself, but I believe it's good thing to let those who have touched your life in a positive way know that you appreciate them. Here, then, is a list of people I would like to thank.
To the many people who offer up free games to total strangers and ask nothing in return. You remind me every day that there is still goodness and generosity in this world. That is no small thing, and I thank you for it.
To the many people who post in the SG fora. You sometimes inform me, sometimes challenge me, and sometimes remind me of the kind of person I should be. For all of that, I thank you.
To the many people who post jokes, one-liners, and funny pictures or videos. Thank you so much for entertaining me and reminding me to laugh. Sometimes, laughter really is the best medicine. )
To those few individual trolls whom I've met on SteamGifts. Thank you for reminding me to be thankful I'm not a jerk.
To those occasional new users who join us on SteamGifts. Thank you for reminding me to be kind to those who don't know it all.
To all those who have entered my giveaways and expressed gratitude for the chance to win a nice game. Thank you for sharing your excitement and hopefulness. That has always been your gift to me. )
To ManofHonor, Lalee, Qwertz12, DeltaBladeX, and SleepyCat. You guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty, standing by me and beside me, offering help, support, and friendship. My life is better for having met you, and I thank you for that. )
To SleepyCat in particular. You have given me so many chances to win something that I almost feel guilty for my complete failure on that front. The best thing you've ever done for me, however, is to put a smile on my face when I'm feeling down. Thank you so much, Sleepy, and I promise I'll keep trying for a win. D
And finally, to all of you who have put up with my various ramblings and soap-box tirades, I thank you for your patience. I'm sure I must rub some of you the wrong way, but we are all part of this great community, and for that I am thankful.
Sincerely,
--Khalaq
[EDIT: Thank you all for the kind wishes, hugs, get-well cards, pictures, et al. A few special people have even done more than that. I am humbled by your response, and your kindness (along with sleep and antibiotics) has made a huge difference and I am feeling much better. D]
