Hi,

There is a promotion at iroquote where you can either get a chance to win steam games by tweeting or sharing on facebook. You can also get a game by starting a community or being active in communities.

You have to invite 5 people and at the end of the month they decide who had the best thread?
Not worth your time unless you are an active member of their community.

EDIT: I am sorry if I didn't understand everything. I re-read it and it could be a bit different, but it is still not completely clear in my opinion. Hope it will be updated like you said.

The page says the you make a community and get 5 people to join and post, then you get a free game. The drawings are weekly, the best comment is monthly and most active poster is weekly.
