I have created a giveaway but it doesnt select a winner, what might be the problem ?

I have the opposite problem. Some of my giveaways have 2 winners even though they are only for 1 copy...

I have a somewhat similar problem. I keep winning giveaways, but the prize always goes to this guy named "Anonymous." There's always a re-roll, however, so he doesn't end up with it, but even so, it's still annoying.
