If you mean target in the way I think you do, I know why you consider that your big achievement. I went through the same shit and came out better for it I'd say. I'm much better at coping with people that others can't tolerate / better at just walking away when someone annoys me / better at controlling my anger etc.
So in a weird perverse kind of way: thank you to the people who put me through those 6 years of hell.

You forgot 2011 (and 2001)...
ETA Screw it, looks like we were only safe for 3 years in the last 13 years. 2004, 2005 and 2009. What a decade.

Its not that simple... Someday You'll understand... or not... :)

It is that simple unless you've meant being a good father and that comes up years later I think.
Also, not becoming an unplanned parent sounds as a much better achievement in todays world. :p

Yeah, I said it wrong. My father is the best father in the world. And as he I want to become a good father also. I commented forgetin' about the bad experiences some of us have with our family. For me being daddy was an unique moment. The first smile. The first step. The first "daddy". It's awesome being a present and good father. Seeing your son grow up step by step. Thats why the greatest achivement in my life was being father.

When you put it this way I couldn't possibly disagree, sounds like a great achievement :)

+1, though I'm only 19 but I always dream of being a father, a good one indeed. Aint nothing feels like embracing your little girl, showing her how to ride a bike, and being there for her in both childhood and the rest of her life :3

I am 28 (as of yesterday :P) and my greatest achievement has been saving the lives of many children after their school was bombed due to teaching the wrong thing according to the local religion. There was 23 casualties, only 14 where alive by the time we arrived and I took charge, we did what we could on location before taking them to the nearest medical facility where we did the hand off. Luckily 12 of the 14 living ones actually survived, only two dieing where basically dead when we arrived and everything that could be done we did.

You're going to have to tell me how you did that, here medical school isn't something you start until you're about 22.

Here for example you start at 19 and finish about 25 or so.

Sounds about the same like me - except I don't quite enjoy medical school and I think it one big mistake I've made.
