I got 100% achievement in Binding of Isaac.

I am 30, and greatest achievement is my son :)

I'm 23 and I can draw a duck in paint.

22 years old. Survived the end of the world. 2 times!!! (2000 and 2013)

My greatest achievement is making it through my teenage years and not becoming a father.

The town I grew up in was well known for having one of the highest teenage pregnancy rates in Canada.

18 academic high school for it

39 next month, my greatest achievements are my 2 boys ages 12 and 15. They are just like me and their mom hates that.

I am 28 (as of yesterday :P) and my greatest achievement has been saving the lives of many children after their school was bombed due to teaching the wrong thing according to the local religion. There was 23 casualties, only 14 where alive by the time we arrived and I took charge, we did what we could on location before taking them to the nearest medical facility where we did the hand off. Luckily 12 of the 14 living ones actually survived, only two dieing where basically dead when we arrived and everything that could be done we did.

16, and, well, idk. I guess not getting mugged twice. I kinda have a talent for talking myself out of situations.

I'm 25 and can't show up too much. The only thing I'm really proud of is giving up smoking 2 years ago.

i'm 18 and i'm still achieving a great body! meaning that i'll keep that til i die probably, i was fat 3 years ago, now got 7-8% body fat

I'm 30 and I have two kids.

26, and too many achievements to list ;)

18, kept virginity avoided STD (I was unaware of STD at the time)

15, 8 years of playing counter strike

38, raising 4 kids (3 of them as a single parent for several years)

22 years old, studying at medical school. One year and a month left to go.

Also avoiding becoming a father for four years.

36, being a proud father of a 2.5 yo and a 2nd kid coming within a few weeks ;)
