Hello guys,
I just want to ask you what do you think of the new black ops 3, do you think it will be worth buying?
I am also thinking of giving it away once it is released.
I would also like to know, what websites do you guys use to buy your games or humble bundles?

If you purchase now you get access to beta as far as I know... I don't bother too much with COD though, I prefer Battlefield.
For Humble Bundle there is only humblebundle.com, other bundles you can see regularly announced by our active community in the "Deals" section of the Forum. You usually can get an idea of how good the bundle is based on the users comments. :)

For price comparison try and get "enhanced steam for viewing steam prices" or visit "isthereanydeal.com".

First off, I'm a huge fan of the Call of Duty franchise. I will most likely not be buying Black Ops 3 for one simple reason; a short lifespan.

While I thought that Advanced Warfare was a great improvement and a new direction for the franchise, clearly the PC playerbase didn't agree. Currently I'm lucky to see 1,500 players in the multiplayer and it's only been ~7 months since it came out. AW was a lot of fun soon after it's release, but I lost interest quickly (and so did many other people). Maybe we're all just getting a bit sick of playing a new COD every year. I'm certainly sick of paying a huge amount of money for a game that has a lifespan of one year or less.

This is just my opinion on why I won't be pre-ordering Black Ops 3. It might turn out to be a great game that changes people's opinions, but I doubt it. Either way, I won't be buying it until I know for sure that the community will keep the game populated long enough for me to get my money's worth.

"I'm lucky to see 1500 players" You only need that 18, you are playing the match with :D

BTW I liked CoDs when I was a child, and I played 210 hours with CoD MW 2 multiplayer, BUT right now Titanfall is the best competitive CoD-ish FPS I can think of.And since the devs made all paid DLCs available for free as a sign of thanks to the community, makes it even better.

Ok fair enough, but I don't want to quit the match and then re-enter another match with the same players. Definitely not for 39.99 :P

Call of Duty has quickly become a very console focused game. I played World at War, Modern Warfare 2, and Black Ops all on PS3 when they first released. The player base was HUGE, even 2 years after World at War came out there were still a couple thousand playing (it took around 6 months for Advanced Warfare on PC to get that low). It's such a shame because I want to enjoy playing the games but they just don't have the same interest for PC players. At least not while Counter Strike Global Offensive is alive with an average 150,000 players a day lol.

More like 300,000 a day for CS:GO.
More people means better chances of matchmaking finding you a quick game on the map you want with people of your skill level and with everyone having a decent ping. If you lower the number of people, its gonna affect the quality of your gaming.

Its just one of the reasons I like CSGO that much. Aside from the gameplay itself its got a large player base that's gonna stick around for a long time. Plus it helps that its only $15 for the game. Less if you pick it up during sale.

300,000 is close to the peak per day. I did say that 150,000 is an average.

One of the problems a lot of veteran CS:GO players have is that the game is too cheap. This means more people buy multiple copies, use smurf accounts and completely ruin the competitive matchmaking. These smurf accounts are the primary problem I have with CS:GO and unfortunately Valve haven't done much to combat it (mostly because they're making more money from it).

Smurfing is really an issue at lower ranks.
At higher ranks, you rarely get smurfs that can ruin your game. And now with the updates valve has done, even if you are unranked, after 2-3 games on a new account, you will quickly be playing at your normal rank. I started a new account for a friend, and within 3 games was fighting Legendary Eagles.

And while I do dislike that smurfs and cheaters can buy new games so cheap, I really cant argue against the cheap price of the game.
I know if I didn't buy the game for $3.75, I would never even have tried that game. I had only $4 in my steam wallet when I decided to try it out.

For me personally the new CoD installments are extremely overhyped and fall short of justified expectations.
