"Awaiting Feedback" - Giveaway finished but the winner did not clicked 'Received'

So I had only 1 'giveaway slot' left and I gave away this DLC I dont have the game for. The giveaway ended but the winner did not clicked 'Received'
What can I do in this case? Will it automaticaly 'receive itself' or I'll have to wait for the winner to do that?
Is there a way I can get in touch with the winner?

Edit: I randomly found out how to see the winner.

Wait 7 days then ask for reroll and prove you tried to contact winner.

Try contact on steam or use the email winner provided. The winner has to mark it as received when they have checked it.

Also, how do I send him a message through this platform (he was online a few minutes ago)? On Steam he's not accepting my friend request and profile comments are off.

You should be able to see his email where you send the key, and (if possible) you can also leave a message in one of his old giveaways. Give the fellow 7 days first, though.
