On the product page it say under DRM if it's a Steam key or not.... Even I that have no idea about Polish I could find that...

With this games you can find "Klucz Steam" in DRM section so they steamworks.

I had that error while trying to create account and finalize purchase at the same time. Creating account first solved the problem in my case.

And this version of Amnesia have free "Justine" addon.
