They were probably added to the bundle list. It doesn't matter if you give them away before they are on the list, it matters if you give them away before they are bundled. The bundle list applies retroactively to whatever date the bundle started, and will reduce the value of your contributions to 15% on the bundle game in question.

So games I got from sites like humblebundle and bundlestars are worth less than games I got from steam?

It doesn't matter where you get them from, actually. If you don't give the game away before it becomes bundled, you only get 15% of it's value applied regardless of where it came from.

I just joined this site a week ago, and gave away about 10 games.
The total giveaway worth is almost $100 and earllier today I was level 3.24 (ish)
NOW I am level 1.59, it seems like my level was halved
Was I punished? Did I do something wrong? Will my level return to normal and is this just a bug?
Should I send a support ticket?

If you gift bundled games during or after they are in a bundle, you will only recieve 15% of the contribution value.
It might take some time before some of the bundled games end up on the bundled games list.
If you gifted a game before it was bundled, the contribution will not change.
