Got them all easily except #4 and #11, but managed to get #4 after seeing your hint.
That #11 is frustrating me though, and I call myself a football fan!

Would have been yesterday as I had typed the right persons name in, but I noticed after about 6 guesses that the page was not functioning properly, and I guess the real answer was in among the ones I typed in whilst it wasn't working :(

Thanks. Yeah, it was fun, I had some spelling problems, but good ol' Google helped.
As a kid I had a poster with the team that included the player at Q11, so that helped. I also saw him recently involved in a footballing event :).

Hi folks, I know I said there would be a 2nd part for the metal puzzle finished, solutions already posted
Only 20% finished it (probably due to Q6) so let's try something different before going back to head banging.
Since there's a football soccer event going on, thought this could be fun.
Some of the Q's are straightforward, just the last three will cause you some kind of trouble (I believe) I hope XD
I mean, if I hadn't made this puzzle, I would a hard time with the last 3 people in there.
As usual usual? you only made 1 puzzle so far, I saved the hardest for last.
Don't worry if you don't get it on your first try. I'll post hints for the last 3.
As for sharing hints, it could be a good idea if you say something like: "I got Qx right away!". Perhaps that means the player is from your country so the answer came easy to you or it could also mean you're a football manager fan :P
That way we can all have a good time and help each other. But that's up to you.
If this puzzle is appealing to a lot of SG members I'll make a 2nd part for legen ... wait for it... dary players
