For a second I thought a new HB got released...
To answer your question. You can only use the same payment method 7 times in a short period of time per type of bundle (no matter what humble bundle account you are logged in as-claiming the pages don't affect the lock-out counter) until you get locked out for like ever on that bundle with that payment method. I'm not sure what the safe wait time is for buying bundles, but I know the anti-fraud lock out timer resets for a particular bundle/payment method eventually (24 hours at the most) so maybe buy 6, wait a day, and buy more?
Protip: When using Paypal, try using your account if you used your credit card directly or vice versa otherwise. Use Google Wallet and Amazon Payment too since they have separate Humble Bundle anti-fraud counters.

Hey everyone, small question. Does anyone know if there is a limit to how many of a Humble Bundle you can buy? I have a friend who has been buying the $1 bundle in order to individually giveaway the keys to anyone who wants them. He isn't buying them to trade, just straight-up give away for the fun of it. Unfortunately, after buying around 20, he is no longer able to purchase them. He is buying them as gift Urls and not claiming the pages. Just taking the keys and giving them out. It states "We have received too many purchase requests from you in a short period of time, so we have canceled your order"
Has anyone else encountered anything like that before? Will it reset itself eventually?
