Yeah, just go to the site normally and search for the game. The link the e-mail gives you is only supposed to get the game on your cart!

I know that Turkey belongs to europe but it doesn't (yet) belong to the EU and the game was for UK/EU residents.

The terms EU and Europe should not be treated as the same since they are totally different things.
Europe is a geographical term where the European Union is about politics and economy. The EU even has some regions that are out of Europe.
So EU = Europe is still wrong.
I don't know if european countries who are not members of the EU are eligible to enter.
I am just going by the terms/ phrasing of the original post.
