I appear to have 3 keys from different sources + 2 indiegala gifts that I'm not sure will even generate keys now. Will try them on alt. account later if I don't already have the game on there (unsure).

Yep, all my keys are dead too. 2 from 2 different Bundle Stars bundles, one from Groupees Nostalgia bundle and 2 from Indiegala Blood Knights bundle.

Hey everyone, I just tried to make a trade with someone for Gearcrack Arena, and when I tried to activate the key, it said it was Invalid (not just already used, but completely invalid).
I checked the community discussions on Steam, and it seems other people have the same issue (read this thread):
