Yes, but some tickets take more time than others. For example, report users take a very long time because they are a loooooooot ot them, and not all members of the the staff can review these (mods can, support cannot). But others like reroll requests only takes a few hours max.

Rerolls are the only thing they're really able to keep up with. If you want them for anything else then good luck on getting an answer!

We keep up pretty well with rerolls, request feedback, delete giveaway and increase giveaway limit, which are the main ones we can access :P
I suspect that if support had access to other categories, you'd see wait times increase though.
