IGN Prime credit card exploit. They don't actually charge or check the credit card numbers people enter, so there is no worry that the game will be deleted from your account later.

Since this guy is apparently trading lots of copies I'd be very careful. Or better said, I wouldn't even give him a single card for it. There are really only two possibilities why he has so many copies - either he pays 1500$ a year for 50 IGN Prime accounts or he uses the (illegal) trick that all those Russians on GameMiner use to give away hundreds of copies of IGN Prime games (and in that case the game will be removed from your account eventually).

I traded with him 2 keys and i had no problems, both keys worked... for now. But i'm not sure if Steam will delete them...
