Wait till full release.

I bought it at alpha state, it was 10 euros cheaper than it is now.
And full version will cost 10 more euros than beta version.

You should have bought it during alpha, i got it the first day it was available for only 16.50£ (about 19EUR)

em...arma 3 alpha was the lowest price you could get. If you missed that and want to get it cheaper, you should wait until 3 months after official release.

I couldn't buy it in alpha due to finance.
