Uh, the issue is that you can't make it "not begging" by simply calling it such. Even if you have legitimately good intentions, so do a bunch of other people, and there are probably dozens of people who would also want free games; that's one of the reasons why people create giveaways, because unless you personally vet every applicant giving things freely and randomly is the only "fair" way to do it (though, obviously, some people break the rules; those people are problematic, and I usually ask for a reroll and blacklist if they win my giveaways) so I don't see why I would give someone, even if they don't have the money while someone else might, a game. I often haven't had the money to buy games, but I would probably never ask this forum for games, even without a rule against begging, because there isn't supposed to be any sort of exceptional privilege here.

Some weeks ago kid added me on steam and asked if i can trade cards for his cards, so he gave me 3x 0.03 worth cards and wanted to get 5x 0.08-0.10 cards. He said it's all I have, i checked his inventory and he had like 20 cards. I told him offer me atleast 6 not cheap cards and it's deal, he told me that he want to keep his cards and want to trade only those 3. I said No. He said no deal. Day later he wrote me again, wanted 6 cards for 2 cards and 2 emotes, he insisted " it's very rare emotes" i checked on market both worth 0.03[1 cent after fees] . I said i will give you 2 cards for all, he said no deal 6 cards or no deal. This guy reminds me him.
