One of my friends has been telling me to get this game for years, I would play it but like I can't justify the price and have never seen it go on sale in a price range I could justify, so Rimworld would definitely be a super ideal giveaway win for me xD

FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE
The original was my first Final Fantasy, got it as a birthday present 20+ years ago and since then I love the FF franchise.
It's of course a rare giveaway since it's still very expensive. And if one pops up, chances are so small to win since so many ppl join it of course. :) (there was a giveaway in the Holiday Event with "only" 742 entries though. Many missed it I think.)

okay junior mod, i see you! avid lover of plane simulation games, thats extremely cool. may i ask what got you fascinated with this genre and do you play similar ones with other modes of transportation? this sort of thing is fun to learn about.

Like quite many people, it started with an apprehension of flying so I got interested in flight security and accidents first. Eventually that taught me +/- enough theory to be able to fly (in a simulator at least 👀), so I figured why not. And also accidents were getting boring, after a while it's always the same.
I first tried X-Plane 11, which was playable but still quite horrible (not to mention FSX and other old things that are just unusable - at least if you only have a joystick and not a full set of flight controls), and then gave up for a while. Then I got MSFS on a price glitch last year and that one was really great to fly.
Now tbh it's getting a bit boring, so what I mostly do is I fly to places where I go IRL: I like to know in advance if the place I'll go to in the back seat is easy to land at (yes, I'm still not that joyful at the idea of getting in a plane ^^). I also like to visit those same places from the sky, with the good old Cessna 172.
I don't really play simulations for other modes of transportation. I find trains too boring (also the games I tried, such as Train Simulator, all had the weird characteristic of being both very ugly and very poorly performing) and I don't have the equipment required to play proper driving sims. Don't know about ships, that could be fun to try, but I suspect even more boring than trains after a short while... and I don't think there's any well-established game in the genre?

ah i see, that does make sense that people would get into it from that. its admirable to me that you gained enough knowledge and theory to fly in simulators! planes are serious business, looks like so much to understand plus all the buttons and thingamajigs you have to know how to operate.
the insights on x-plane 11, fsx, and msfx is interesting to know. a joystick vs actual flight controls must be something else and a mindblowing difference to experience, fun to think about. flying to places you go in real life sounds like such an enganging way to explore the familiar, i like that a lot. (i havent been on a plane myself so i get where you're coming from with how you feel on that haha!).
trains do seem a bit boring to play in-game but i been intrigued in having a playset and building around that, maybe with legos as the people and handcrafted buildings for the environment, mixed with a couple other sets for fun and variety. i hope you get the proper driving equipment to get to play those specific games whenever possible, would love to hear what your experience with that ends up being like and what you do!
ships sound like they would be more enjoyable than trains to me but i have no idea what its actually like to play that. i dont know if theres a well established game for that either but maybe soon enough if not.

I've never tried with full flight controls but I expect it's a lot easier. When you just have a joystick (and a few buttons, and the mouse), it's really hard to push the button that you want in a timely manner. You're either like "I know I need to push button X, but to which key is it bound??", or trying to pan around the view and zoom and then try to click (or worse, move) a tiny thing with your mouse. By the time you've finally managed to do your thing, you've advanced 5 miles already - and you'd have flown the plane upside-down if it wasn't for the auto-pilot.

Well it's a bit less serious in a simulator though. As a pilot that I've watched a few times on YouTube puts it, the simulator is a great place to do things you wouldn't do in a real plane :D

The basics of just flying the plane aren't the hardest part. Starting the plane from a cold & dark cockpit isn't fun, but gladly you can just start the simulation with the engines on, and MSFS also provides checklists that are quite helpful if you really want to start the engines manually.
The worst is dealing with failures, something I don't do at all, in part because it's kind of hard without proper training, and also in big part because the controls for it are not fully implemented in MSFS (I think the fire extinguisher buttons are not active in most, if not all, planes :D) and anyway it's too difficult to push unusual buttons fast enough when you have to do it with the mouse as I described above.

flawless description lol i can completely imagine what itd be like to go either of those scenarios almost exactly, sounds frustrating but so funny at the same time (´；ω；｀)

You can't gift to countries where it costs more than 10% more than in your country. The only countries you currently can't gift this game to, are Poland and Switzerland. And you might want to add UK and Norway just for safety since they're close to the +10% mark. The rest including the Euro zone should be fine.

I am assuming you probably tried to use the region presets, but unfortunately you can't combine those. The last one you picked is the one being applied. Or did you check every single country manually?
In this case the "best" and easiest way would have been to choose "Select All" and then manually uncheck Poland, Switzerland and maybe UK and Norway.
