Protip: Be like me. /s
Seriously though, here's a few ways you can increase the chance of you winning a giveaway.
Don't look at the successful only, cause that doesn't happen to everyone. :3

Stop caring so much, it really helps. Generally speaking, I only enter contests from my wishlist and from Recommended (because reasons) and I won 2 games out of 3510 attempts. Now you might say that isn't a lot, but it actually is a lot. More than some people have.
You got to realize that you are joining hundreds, sometimes even thousands, of other people. Meaning your chance might go well below 0,001 per cent chance to win. I mean, my latest giveaway had 1457 entries, Just imagine how small the chance is for an individual to win.
Besides, you haven't even entered 200 contests and you're complaining. Imagine how people feel when they've entered more than 5000 entries and didn't win. They exist too. ;-)

As I said earlier, do NOT always enter wishlisted or AAA games. Try out a few smaller games listed here. I've entered a few on a whim. Ones I won turned out to be better than a lot of the big name AAA games out there.
Give it time. And try to join Unlucky 7.
Edit- Not sure if it's been mentioned, but these kinds of topics could give you a few blacklists making it harder to enter some GA's due to that. Also, make a few. Give back.

I find it helps to always enter as many giveaways as I can "afford" to, via making use of my extensive steam wishlist and the recommended tab, and all games that look interesting--starting with the next 24 hours and going up from there.
Also, check the discussions, because there are very often giveaways with long trains that are not listed on the home page--these seem to sometimes give better luck than the home page's giveaways.

An advice from personal experience, just enter games that you want to play (and I'm not even saying for you to just enter expensive games, there are some smaller games that are really good as well) because if you just enter everything you see you'll just win some bad game, add it to the library, never touch it again and have an +1 on your wins for nothing.

There was some period where I looked into this and I found a way to get about 50% chance of winning a game, each day. (This info can be found on your stats page)
Basically, instead of joining the "Big Giveaways" with games like Cuphead and Dark Souls, join the very very small ones. Sort by new, only look at those which are <1 hour, and enter the ones which have 10-20 other people in it. Your odds of winning here are huge compared to other giveaways. Try it out for a bit, you'll be surprised!

If you want to win over 2k GAs just enter every 1-5p 50+keys. That way you'll get tons of games you would't probably touch with a stick.
If you want to win something worthy - make a wishlist in steam, giveaway a couple of games to increase your level and participate in what you really want.
The more you give the higher the chance (somewhat).
