I know there is a rule on Steam, but this process takes 1 minute and the page opens to us. I'm playing the game.I don't think I will be banned for just 1 minute

With every rule or law it really only depends on what you do in that minute. Bypassing a region lock to get a game can definitively get you banned, if you´re unlucky.

Region locks suck, but sadly thats how it is. Please add a notice to your posting, so everyone can descide for themselfes.

Steam is not allowed to use VPNs so if you want to get banned for game that you maybe not even plan to install - good luck.
