I first thought he wanted to trick you into giving him the key of a game even if he did not win it, some users did that before, they added GA creator of ended giveaways and tried to fool them that they're the winner. But in this case as I understood, the winner is real and just acts like an asshole?

Wow you seem to keep getting jerks for your giveaways. Just remember anyone who adds you to their steam saying they won the game, you should check out first bu going on the steamgifts site, though you did the right thing and put the key in the site so that only the actual winner could get it.
Thankfully I haven't had anyone try that on me yet.
