How long do support usually take?

Edit: Was just looking for an estimated time frame as I have never used support for. I am sorry if I have offended anyone by this post, it was not my intention. I already love the idea of this site and what it stands for and am looking to also contribute when I can. Apologies to support if I came across as arrogant and impatient.

Nothing makes me more important, I was looking for an estimate out of curiosity. The reason for my ticket was the winner of a giveaway i created wasn't playing by the rules and i was asking for another winner to be selected. The support wasn't to favor me in anyway

I wasn't expecting you to reply instantly, i was wondering because you are expected to gift within a week and i was wondering how long they usually take as i want the winner re-selecting due to them already having the game. I wasn't trying to imply your slow i was just trying to get a time frame. No offense was ment by this

Serious response: In my experience, support is super fast (and super nice)! Rerolls, scam reports took less than an hour to resolve. Still, the mods may take some time to get around to you simply because there are so many requests.
