A year ago it was pretty fine, but in the last half a year I barely bought anything, even from fully revealed bundles, not even to risk blind preorders. Their selection went from under the radar quirky/weird game into totally average/meh/bad. It's really a pity, when I was new for bundles I just loved their content, especialyl with the music and ebooks/comics,nowadays even these got more and more rare :(

I personally am not a big fan of their mixed bundles but I guess (if the contents gamewise weren't so bad) it makes sense for them since no other Bundle site is offering mixed bundles.
As far as I recall the only thing I bought from Groupees over the last 6 month - 1 year were a few copies of their Firestarter Bundle for GAs because it had good CV value considering the price and 1 ok-ish game that maybe might get removed at some point.

Don't stress too much, when you have decently priced stuff I still buy your things... but I'm not interested so much in the mixed bundles... only game bundles :)

Also while I'm not a fan of mixed Bundles myself they have pointed out that adding music to their Bundles doesn't take away value from the games because they usually get the music for free.

Actually that was not my intention. While I might have made fun about it yesterday IT IS definitely a good thing that you believe in your game. Please stick with that and don't offer Cyberchicken in 10 cent per game Bundles or for free so that early adopters who are actually interested in the game don't have to feel screwed over. I can see you were going for a Hotline Miami direction with the main character and (judging by the trailer) the voice acting seems good too (particularly the end where Cyberchicken himself is speaking). Nice Arni persiflage :D It's just that it's not really my kind of humor and if I want to play a siderscroller action game I still have Shadow Complex Remastered & Bionic Commando: Rearmed waiting for me, which I both picked up for considerably less than what T3 / 4 cost.
I am of course aware that you are limited to what publishers / developers are willing to offer you but for me to pick up a Bundle it usually needs at least 1 game I'm interested in (in this case that would be Days under Custody since I'm a sucker for Pixel art) and most recent Groupees Bundles have been lacking that. I also dislike the inclusion of Greenlight games in "normal" Bundles.
But I just went over my orders and it wasn't completely correct that I haven't bought any of your Bundles (beside Firestarter) over the last year. I also bought the Build a Bundle 21 for Cornerstone: The Song of Tyrim & Tick's Tales and I would still call that a good Bundle on those 2 additions alone and also the Bundle in a Box 8 which I would even call great because it had The Shivah & The Deer God. Build a Bundle 14 was good too although I have to admit I bought that for A Golden Wake alone.

Not as much as how inherently dishonest Groupees is and the shady business practices they employ. As a curator, have you considered working with someone else more reputable? Perhaps Flying Bundle or the like. Nothing against you but Groupees is a sinking ship of degradation.

I actually have a full time job other than curating which doesn't allow me to take on full time roles else where. Groupees is a good way for me to curate (hopefully make people happy) while making connections within the industry. I'm sorry how people feel about their bundles at times - I would only like to strive to improve that conception! :)

Well that is admirable and you seem like a pretty straight shooter. I wasn't implying a full-time role or anything like that though. I assumed that being a curator often meant functioning basically like a consultant, so in that regard you would just be doing the same thing you already have been. I don't know what Flying Bundle is up to at this point but If you are interested in possibly opening a new door you could try talking to MancSoulja or SlipSlot, who if I recall correctly are associated with it. Given the acumen and zeal you seem to have for curating perhaps you might be good for each other, who knows. Just an idea anyway :)

sorry but i find your posts really offensive and i can't stop ignore them. you obviously hate groupees for whatever reasons but stop talking nonsense. How do you even compare flying bundle to groupees? Flyingbundle made like 5 worthy bundles last 3 years and they are dead anyway like 1 bundle per 5 months. Groupees promised and delivered hundred of keys. flying bundle promised like 5 keys and they can't deliver even that. Check here. Indiegala is way worst than groupees about keeping their promises and deliver. why don't you flame them too?

I disapprove of them because of their history and track record of shady/exploitative business practices and transgressions. Yes, Flying Bundle is a smaller operation but at least they seem to be honest, which is more than I can say for Groupees. And I do criticize Indie Gala when their bundles are of poor quality (especially lately), or when they cut the price of an active bundle in half on a special promotion, essentially slapping their recent buyers in the face, etc....
Also: sour grapes because I was forced to trade blacklist you long ago after a rather disturbing and unpleasant trading encounter with you, so no surprise that you would react in this way

I reacted how exactly? I don't know/remember you and you propably are the only guy who blacklisted me via a trade. You call groupees shady because they deliver 99% of the promised keys mainly because of shady developers. Flyinbundle delivered like 70-80% of their promised keys and you are calling them "more reputable than groupees" . I don't talking nonsence and insult companies and persons who works for them. It;s not about opinions. I don't know about you but i actually buy many bundles and i care about the health of these companies. Groupees is the best company by far in delivering keys from greenlight games. That's a fact, not a personal opinion. You are calling them shady and sinking ship of degradation. But as i said it's not about opinions. I bought almost any groupees bundle last years.They deliver what they promise. Better than any other bundle site. You said in one of your post that you bought 1 bundle for them last 6 months. You call them shady for what reasons exactly? Because they didn't deliver a desura key or they delivered a steam key with months delay? It's another thing that you don't like their bundles or the pre-order thing and another to call an entire company shady. If you dare to insult so many people that work at groupees at least back it up.

Have there been cases yet where coins with such low mint value have gained so much value ? I've only had a few non-fluctuating 1$ coins from Groupees so I always assumed those 15$ coins people were talking about were issued with a higher mint value.

Sometimes it comes in handy that Groupees keeps the websites for their old Bundles online.
That's a quite nice return considering it was in the 1$ Tier :) Guess the only Bundles where you can almost make full use of it are their Hentai Bundles :( I know it's highly unlikely to happen but it would be cool if they started giving non-fluctuating 1$ coins as change. I completely understand they can't give change in cash but that way people wouldn't have to hold on to those high-value coins that long.

I have 2 Johnny Antimatter coins worth 15 dollars and 1 snowflake coin worth 15 dollars..
Although the only bundles aside from this cyber chicken bundle that has come near that price have been those sex games, and well they really aren't my thing.. I'm holding out hope that something half way decent comes along that I spend the coins on.. otherwise they just sit there like.. OK>.

I dropped 9 non-fluctuating coins to get the highest tier, I wanted Cyber Chicken anyway, and I used to have a coin that was $14 so I am gambling on this coin going up in value too :) I find the high value coins are useful for tiers that involve rare physical rewards like the recent one with the Alice Cooper signed cover

I bought it because it was a way to get the game+dlc half price and hopefully the coin will rise to$9+ if enough bundles are sold that is. By that I mean lots of sales with everyone then spending the coin at various points
