well, I speak English so not really any special letters, and up here in Canada there was a really bad forest fire out by a big city recently. It gets kinda boring...

Same here in İzmir i guess:DGood luck on becoming legal it doesnt get any better after 18 it seems like:DRecently Süper Lig and Ziraat Turkey Cup matches cancelled due to Fenerbahçe's team bus got attacked with guns!Luckily no one died but maybe this break to leagues etc. can raise awareness hopefully...

The letters that are special (but not unique) to my language are åäö.

And something interesting that just recently happened? Well, Cuba has recently asked Sweden to send them some crocodiles. The reason for this is that back in the 80's, Fidel Castro gifted a breeding pair of a special kind of crocodiles to Sweden, and that species is about to go extinct in Cuba, as other crocodiles are taking its place.

An important letter, special to the spanish language is the leter Ñ (Enie, o eñe), the sound is similar to the word NEW

Hey, there're some letters special to my language. They're Й, Ы, Ю, Я, Ё, Ь, Ъ...
I have no dog.
As for a story... Once, about 20 years ago, in 1995, there was a dog, german shepherd, who was waiting for his owner near one of the roads in my city. It turned out, that there previously had been a car crash, everyone died except for the dog. Her owner was taken away and buried, but the dog didn't know, that its owner never comes back again.
People tried to take it to their homes, it left and came back to the road, to the same place. It lived there for 7 years and waited for its owner who never returned. In 2002 it died. In 2003 our citizens founded a monument in memory of the faithful dog at the place where it lived and waited for its owner.
Now, newly weds come to that place and rub the dog's nose as a symbol of faithfulness to each other.

i dont have a dog but here's a cool story i saw from my home country of china XD? ive actually never been to china but im technically chinese so yea.
they found a lost pig actually kneeling and praying in front of a temple...and then..i won't spoil the ending for you when the farmer found him
