Not true, because last time it was on sale i bought it and gifted to a player here, he got the normal package upon redeeming.

Not to mention, you can only buy 1 copy from there, they have some stupid rules right there.

I was actually playing it on my 360 and is just boring.
A lot of cinematics, poor story, i would see it as another Die Hard movie or something, but i don't really like it..

Imagine all the comics in MP1 being unskippable. And longer. And more often.

Good for one playthrough, but you'll be furious trying to play again - sometimes it's 5 minutes of action, 10 minutes of cutscene.

Some of them are unskippable(Particularly the chapter intros).Plus not to mention the seizure inducing flashes.
Overall a good shooter though.

It doesn't. I bought one from last sale on nuuvem and gifted to a player, he got everything from gta 3 to 4 + episodes.

Really? I bought The complete pack from Nuuvem earlier this year and it added GTA I-IV, Episodes, Vice and SA.

Unless the games don't show in the profile, it's not entirelly true. The complete pack i bought was @ 27 May 2014, i do believe it was the last sale before this one. But i do recall seeing more rockstar sales on nuuvem so perhaps the ones prior to that one i bought had both classics in the package.

Edit: Or it could be totally random and some people get both classics while others don't.

I installed and played Max Payne 1 and 2 while in Germany. I think it's just the usual German rule, so you're not supposed to buy them, but they will work just fine.
