Official last movie you saw thread

Bangkok Revenge (2011) - Well, it wasn't as bad as I had expected. Also, fighting was pretty cool. It's not Ong Bak but it's not terrible either. 5/10

The Apparition (2012) - Same as above. I was expecting something way worse. It's all been done before many times but this flick isn't bad. Worth a watch if you like horror movies. 6/10

The Pirates! Band Of Misfits (2012) - Great animated movie! I really loved it. Especially the humor. 9/10

Premium Rush (2012) - Very average movie. It's not terrible but it's not good either. 5/10

The Possession (2012) - Pretty good horror movie. I wasn't bored. 7/10

Hatchet (2006) - Gore/horror/comedy mix. Very weak movie. It's stupid. Although it has some funny moments. 2/10

Hatchet 2 (2010) - It's even worse than the previous one. Terrible flick. 1/10

"This Is The End" - not bad, not awesome comedy.
6/10

The Wolf of Wall Street

The movie for every rich-douchebag-partying-business-wannabe!

8/10. It was pretty funny and, well, good. I'd like to say it was probably realistic in every part of the movie, but I don't have the personal experience to say so (Then again, WHO DOES?!).

Re-watched Howl's Moving Castle for the 10th or so time - 9/10

Love all of Miyazaki's work. :)

Chocolate (2008) - 8/10
One of the only martial arts movies I'd watch again.
Also, pretty cool fight scenes + autism.

Captain Phillips (2013) - 7/10 I dont usally watch movies like this but I was at a friends house and they wanted to watch it. It was far better than I thought it would be.

Lone survivor. An incredible and sad story.

The last good movie I saw was American History X It's an amazingly good movie IMO, 9.6/10. Great acting and a great story. It might also be The Hurt Locker which is a really good movie aswell.

Frozen. Loved it.

Hunger Games: Catching Fire, 7.5/10

Decent, but missing a few details from the book that help set up the ending. Does again handle the viewpoint change from first-person to third-person narrative well though, with internal dialog being replaced with expositionary shots.

Hotel Transylvania (2012) - Very good animated movie. 8/10

True Love (2012) - Amazing thriller. A mix of Cube and Saw. Recommended. 9/10

Croupier (1998) - Pretty good movie starring Clive Owen. 7/10

Cosmopolis (2012) - Intelligent movie for intelligent people. It's a shame it has such low scores everywhere. This alone tells you a lot about society. 9/10

Lawless (2012) - Pretty good movie about bootlegging alcohol. Reminded me a little of Boardwalk Empire. 7/10

Monolith Monsters (1957). A movie about a small town that is taken over by mysterious obsidian-like meteors that suck out all moisture (from the ground, animals, humans, whatever) and multiply exponentially when wet. For something that sounds so stupid, it was surprisingly spooky. Especially when it starts to rain one night and the heroes drive out into the desert and see these huge, unearthly monoliths rising from a crater.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas kinnda crazy but good movie.

in chronological newness it was called The Human Race, scifi b movie (idk if it was actually on the scifi channel as one of their Saturday regurgitations, but it felt like one)

The last thing I watched chronologically was Pulp Fiction, my gf forgot, or blanked out, Bruce Willis almost being raped.

Now You See Me(2013) in my opinion: 6/10
