Amazon.com Music from outside the US

Hi everyone.
First,I hope I can talk about this here.
I want to buy this album,in the US store it is 3,99$ but here in the italian store it is 10,99€ (14,70$)
I know that this happened with some bundles before,so please teach me how to buy this album from here because when I tried to use a proxy,it said to activate cookies.
