what do you think, if i have won a giveaway a game that i tought was other game, its ok if i give it away too?

From the rules:

Won gifts should be activated to the Steam account used during registration, and they should not be regifted, traded, or sold.

If you don't want a game, don't enter.

If the game you won wasn't what the giveaway creator said it was, wait 7 days and mark as not received.

You could also file a user report for a misleading giveaway.

But if you decided you didn't want the game you won, you have to take it anyway. Dem's the rulez.
