It's stated as a rule that we can't get double games or DLCs for games we haven't bought.
Then why do they appear? There should be some sort of filter to make it so that we don't get games we already own, because it's kinda boring to be obliged to look through 7 pages of games we already have.
Also, there are some games we simply don't like or don't think they're worth the points, we should be able to "Blacklist" these games.
P.S. This is just a suggestion, I know "Everything is free" and "I'm only here because I want", don't take me wrong, I'm very thankful, it could just be a bit more coherent.

You'll want this. It doesn't blacklist games you don't want though, just the ones you own (with a few exceptions. For example, the New Vegas Courier's Stash? That shows up even if you have the DLC. Not sure why, but there's a few like that). You'll have to click on the "ignore" button for that, sorry. Maybe in a future update?

After checking it out, I think that DLC shows up because of the way Steam handles it. You buy that bit of DLC, but you don't actually get the Courier's Stash. What you get instead is four other pieces of DLC (the various pre-order bonuses), and the Courier's Stash doesn't appear on the list of DLC you own, whereas those four do. Not even Steam itself recognises I own the Stash, because according to it, I just own all the pre-order DLC instead. Little annoying, but at least I think I've got that one figured out.
