Hey fellorinos and fellorinas,

we are a small game studio from Nuremberg, Germany.
We just participated in the last Ludum Dare 35 (ludumdare.com) and created a funny local coop game, #CantDriveThis!
This time we were also able to sign up for the Steam Greenlight process within the challenge time:

Now we want to know from you, would you like to see the game as a Early Access or do you want us to finish it before publishing? :)
So Please vote on our Poll :)

Yes, my personal opinion is that it's not fair to sell game full price. to people who would like to support you.

I'd much rather see it finished before publishing. :X
There are too many games in EA that never get finished.

Yeah, but if you look at the trailer, the version we created in the Ludum Dare is playable and most of it works so that you can play it.

I could live in a house with no roof, too, but I would prefer the whole house before buying. :P

Of course, and we also thought about setting the price to less for the people who want to access it in the Early Access

Looks awesome but of course finish it before publishing. Early access is far too untrustworthy. If you want some player opinions just hand out some beta keys to people.

i wonder: steam says, it has a single player mode. do you have to drive and create the map at the same time?

At the moment you can only play it local with 2 persons. We are already working on a coop mode for online too! :)

Of course you can play the game alone, there were also people creating high records alone, and it is a lot of fun as you have to concentrate on 2 things at a time.

But we are also working on a mode where you have to solve specific things, f.e. building a track from the starting point to a specific tile. We also thought about this idea inside a coop coop. So 2 teams a 2 players challenging each other. We will see if it is possible ;)

Looks like alot of fun. Especially the cocoop-mode :)
Guess it will be one of the team building the road for the other team.
Sounds cool, but i guess the fun will be in local coop bigger than online

viel Erfolg dabei!
Würde übrigens nicht auf early access setzen.

Yeah, you are right, it's always most fun playing things together sitting next to each other. But you never know, maybe it's fun too online, we will see if some features will make it more fun :)

The idea behind the game looks good, there's never too much local coop games on the market. Since I love puzzle games I'm more interested in ChromaGun as of today, but that's something else :)
About EA, it can be backstabbing: since it has been abused many times, people are now easily more critic with EA games than they really deserve. Better polish the product IMHO before launching it, so people enjoy what they see, participate in bug fixing / game tunning, and are less likely to leave bad reviews.
Like it has been said before, beta keys for selected people can be a good option to both have testers and secure the community feedback. In case of EA release, I also strongly suggest to make it lower price than full release price. When you back an unfinished product, you usually expect some kind of reward for your trust.
Anyway, best wishes for your games !
