I can't buy Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition as a gift.

I have some cash in my Steam Wallet and I wanted to make a nice gift to some of you fellows.
Ori and the Blind Forest is 5€ so I thought I'd give it away. But when I check out, the only option available is "buy for myself". I can't buy it as a gift.
Any idea what is happening to me ?

Yeah because you own the game you can buy definitive edition for 5€. But you can only buy it for yourself and to ensure this they removed the option of buying as a gift.
