Can I buy Be Mine 4 with Amazon Payments without US credit card?

I have $3.13 on Amazon Payments and I would just like to buy Be Mine 4, but it asks for valid US based credit card even if I select to "Pay with Amazon Payments Balance". I am from Europe so I can't get a US credit card. Is there a way around?

I've never had a problem with Amazon Payments. It's used for Kickstarter and I used my non-US credit card just like I do on other Amazon purchases. Amazon.com is in my experience the most lenient retailer ever when it comes to credit cards.
