Build forts/houses to protect yourself from zombies?

And killing zombies too ofcourse :3

Like DayZ for example, but you can't build houses or forts in that... Or can you?
I am probably gonna buy DayZ anyways, but I'm waiting for the standalone :3

I already know about Minecraft and Terraria so don't say these.

I am only interested in FPS/Third person shooters.

OR

Are there any games similiar to DayZ? But standalones?

It has to be large open world. Like free roam. Not limited roaming

Fort zombie looked quite nice.

But DayZ+ is not a standalone. I only want standalone games so far :3
