Are you sure? I think it renews your subscription every month. Actually, I'm kinda sure it renews your subscription since I'm subscribed to it and they send me email thanking me for purchase :D

But (normally) you get notified before getting charged (+ charged at the end of the month, so he'd have at least 2 weeks to cancel the subscription) - in case he doesn't get it on time he could still skip a bundle (as far as I know) :P
Long story short: If he pays a little attention he shouldn't get charged for two months :P

Afaik it doesnt charge til 1 week left the unlock. So you wont get charged at least til 15 - 20 october anyway

You can subscribe and cancel immediately after to get tomb raider and all other games that will be revealed on friday. They will not charge you for thr next bundke, they auto charge a week before the bundle is released.

Somehow I thought Rise of the Tomb Rider belongs to the september bundle but it's actually in the october one.
So I can subscribe now and cancel the subscription right after I got Rise of the Tomb Raider and I won't be charged for another bundle, right?

Correct. You'll get Tomb Raider plus the rest of the October bundle on Friday, and that's it.

If you subscribe for a 1-year plan right now, you'll get 10$ wallet bonus.
If you ask me my referer and subscribe for the first time to a monthly, I'll get some extra on my wallet :)

Yep, to be precise you need to cancel the subscription before the last Friday of the month (27th in this case)
If you want you can keep it activated to get an extra 10% discount on the humble store (just don't forget to cancel it in time)

Would I be charged for the actual bundle and the next one?
Because in the FAQ it says that you will be charged for the next bundle if you do not unsubscribe at least one week before the next early unlock is revealed...
So I guess you will be charged for two bundles if you subscribe at this time??

You'll get the current unlock and that month's bundle. If you want the new unlock, you'll have to pay for that new month's bundle.

I got some money and thought I could get Rise of the Tomb Raider from the Humble Monthly Bundle.
But I was wondering what happens if I subscribe now and cancel the subscription right after I got Rise of the Tomb Raider, because it's less than a week left until the next monthly bundle launches. Will I be charged for both bundles (the september and the october one) or only for one bundle?
