How often is the CV updated?

Hey guys, just a simple question: my CV is currently at $31.19 but when I'm on a giveaway page, it still says my previous CV, $30, so I can't enter giveaways that require over that amount. Is that normal? Do I have to wait a bit and it will be updated?

It takes a few minutes. SG is pretty slow tonight, so maybe a bit longer.
