You confused me when you mentioned gamer. Why not just mention musician? Unless you think I'll show some more sympathy because I play games too.

I don't understand if this is a "look at my blog, pl0x" or a "help my buddy, pl0x" post. In either case, if you could provide a not-your-blog link for some of your friends music, maybe I'll have a look at it (and pass it on to some people)

Just saw the thread about the Kickstarter at GOG. :)

I listened to some of the stuff, but I don't like it much. Too mellow and bland, I don't see the rock part in there. But certainly not a bad musician.

Your friend can't sing. I almost ripped my ears of hearing his song on kickstarter.
Be a friend a help him to some singing lessons. That really could make the difference.

Here's some (hopefully constructive) criticism. Sloppy guitar playing, boring chords, lazy vocals.

If you play repetitive chords, amaze me with ball dropping vocals. :P

If you suck at vocals, amaze me with ball dropping guitar playing. :P

Didn't like anything about the song or his playing/singing. Just my own personal opinion.
