Yeah pffft single player games, like if those take money and time to make what were they thinking

Skyrim is a great game and worthy of money regardless of whether you can circlejerk with other players online or not.

I bought Skyrim full price.

I got Modern Warfare 3 for free. Just sort of...found...an installation of it. While plundering for loot. Arr.

Why?

Because MW3 is just a rehash, an expansion pack, for MW2. The single player campaign is barely 5 hours, the multiplayer is just the next iteration of what MW2 and Black Ops already had. It's not $60 in content.

Skyrim is hundreds of hours of content provided by the game itself (as opposed to 'content' and challenge provided by players in online matches). And Skyrim has a broad story and a well crafted world...etc. Things I want to encourage.
