SG account sync not finding groups/wishlist

As the topic says.

I was also getting the problem of SG telling me to make my profile public, even though it already was. I appear to have resolved that problem by un-checking the "Keep your Steam Gift inventory private, regardless of your inventory setting above."

But I am still stuck with the lack of wishlist (which the SG add-on highlights games for me - no big loss) and the lack of group acknowledgement (therefore not seeing group give-aways).

Any advice? Don't post unless you're being helpful please.

Only thing you can do is keep trying. Steam has be acting retarded since the sale ended. It's the problem with steam that's causing these issues.

Also try logging off, removing cookies, cache etc. and log back in and try again.

Complete clear-out, and lots of errors and things crashing in between, but yes, eventually worked, thank you.

Obvious but didn't try it til now :)

Glad you made it work, but yeah, just spam the sync button as much as you can, I contacted support and that's what they told me :)
